The penthouse chalet is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. We then ask you to fill out the guest sheet so that we can prepare the Seenland Card for you. We also ask you to pay a deposit of € 500.00 in cash on arrival. The deposit will be returned on departure. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the penthouse chalet by 9:00 a.m. at the latest and we would be delighted if you could turn on the dishwasher again with the last dishes. We ask you to pay open invoices by 8:00 p.m. the evening before.
Bathrobes and slippers are available in your room free of charge. We ask you to leave your bathrobe in the apartment on the day of departure. If you buy or take the bathrobe with you, we will charge you € 40.00 per bathrobe.
In the living area there is a minibar with Tyrolean brandies, Tyrolean gin, a beer dispenser with an 8L beer barrel and a full wine refrigerator. We ask you to enter the consumption in the prepared list, which will be settled in cash on departure. The prices can be found in our price list.
If you want a wonderfully relaxed breakfast with rolls, croissants and hearty bread, we offer you our bread service. To do this, you would have to announce your selection online or directly to the host family by 5:00 pm the day before using our “GastBox-App”. The rolls are delivered to your doorstep on the desired day at around 7:00 a.m. The rolls will be settled in cash on departure.
In winter there is a bus stop just 150m from the accommodation where the bus takes you to the Reith im Alpbachtal or Skijuwel Alpbachtal ski area once in the morning or picks you up from the ski area once in the afternoon. And another bus stop in the center (approx. 10 minutes walk away) where the bus runs in several directions at regular intervals. In summer only the bus stop in the center is in operation!
The dormer window in the middle bedroom has a blackout blind and a rain sensor. The window closes automatically when it rains! The window or the roller blind can be operated using a remote control that hangs right next to the entrance.
The Alpbachtal Seenland Card is free and you will receive it immediately after you have filled out the guest sheet with the required information. Depending on the time of year, you can use different services free of charge or at a reduced rate! More details at: Seenlandcard

We charge € 15.00 per dog / day for your dog’s stay. Out of consideration for other guests, we ask you not to take your dog into the bedrooms and the sauna area. Our furnishings and upholstered furniture are of very high quality and we therefore ask you not to let your dog jump around on our furniture.
There is a starter set of coffee capsules or tea bags for free removal. You can request additional Nespresso capsules or tea bags via the “GastBox-App” or directly from the host family. The consumption will be charged in cash on departure. Please refer to the price list for prices.
n order to be able to operate the fireplace with effect fire, you need distilled water which is available in bottles in the bar area. Commissioning will be demonstrated to you upon arrival. There is no risk of burns here!
Directly below the accommodation there is a children’s park with a trampoline, electric cars, park railway, mini golf and much more. which is open from mid-April to the end of October. In summer there is also the possibility of childcare (children from 4 years) in the Juppi Kid’s Club

A travel cot, high chair, buggy and children’s dishes are available for your little ones to use free of charge.
The existing milk frother works best with cold milk. For a hot preparation, briefly press the start button, the button lights up RED – duration approx. 70-80 seconds. For cold milk foam, hold down the start button for approx. 2 seconds, the button lights up BLUE – duration approx. 60 seconds. We recommend cleaning with warm water and a soft cloth after each use, please never use a brush or sponge and please do not put in the dishwasher.
We ask you to separate the waste into plastic, aluminum, cardboard, glass and residual waste and to put it in the waste container provided in the garage area.
Smoking is prohibited in the entire penthouse apartment. Ashtrays are available for you on the balconies.
The sauna can be put into operation at any time, all you have to do is press the start button. You can choose between 2 temperatures, 70 ° C and 85 ° C. The accessories such as sauna infusion or sauna towels are located directly in the sauna area. Start the sauna approx. 15 minutes before use. We ask you to shower and dry yourself thoroughly before using the sauna. Please only use the sauna with a sauna towel. The sauna switches off automatically after 1.5 hours or you can stop it manually with the start button. Always ventilate the sauna well after use.
Recommendation
We recommend raising the sauna to 85 ° C after your last sauna session and leaving it switched on for about 15 minutes so that the high temperature frees the wooden benches from any bacteria.
Attention
The sauna heater gets very hot, please do not touch it or cover it. Up to the age of 15, the sauna may only be visited if accompanied!
In the basement there is a ski rack and a ski boot dryer for free use. Thanks to the toggle switch, the ski boot dryer switches on automatically when used.
Fresh towels are ready for you in the box in front of the apartment door. For this we ask you to put the used towels in the laundry basket provided in the sauna area and to put them in front of the apartment door. On request you can use our washing machine and dryer, for an extra charge.
